Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of secondary school or equivalent (combination of schooling and experience)
• Previous experience in a call centre, preferably in telesales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Past sales experience is preferred; however training is provided for the right candidates
• Bilingualism is an asset
